I did good this weekend except that we went to dinner with my parents at a Mexican restaurant. I ordered a chicken taco salad with no cheese, no sour cream, no beans... Basically lettuce, chicken, tomato's, cilantro and salsa. I know that it was extra sodium but I was as good as I could be considering. I also had 4 chips... Back to the grind this week I would like to loose another 2 lbs this week we will see on Fridays weigh in :-)
