R U serious? If so I would like to suggest you turn on U-Tube and watch Dr Jason Fung MD, it’s on Fasting and alternate eating regimes and also about “Autophagy”! Been on this since end of January 2019, and down 20+ kg’s so far. Save money on food and have more time cause don’t waste time eating and washing up.

Good luck to you, Leslie. Follow Rosio19s advice. Also try some new types of healthy food. You will find good ideas on this forum. I have found ideas I would have not thought of myself, and if it is healthy and you like it, you will really enjoy your weight loss journey. I would not get obsessed on a number and a random date deadline. If you put on 15 lbs in 3 months, it may be possible to lose it in 4 months.
