What a nice drop =) I am so proud of myself, I did the elliptical for an hour last night... AND I went to the gym by myself!!! I think I'm off to a good start. I'm working out with my friend Miriam today and Karen on Thursday. So far so good!

Thanks you guys!! I went to the gym for almost an hour today too =) Thanks about the pic... I'll be happy to take another one when I lose this 27lbs!
