I think this dip is mostly due to not eating hardly anything yesterday... We'll see how it sticks when I weigh in again on Wednesday.

This week is going to be a tough one. Lots of eating commercially prepared food: workshop all week long (meaning catered food; Monday night Rob wants to eat out to celebrate his being off call, at least we're going to ride bikes for a while in PB so I can get some exercise along with it, the trick will be to not have any alcohol and to choose wisely; Tuesday I'm going to Stone with my cousin to catch up, haven't done that in a while and it'll be nice to introduce him to something new; Wednesday it's back to Stone for their movie night, I can eat before I get there, though, because I know there won't be anything not fried, and just have the veggies and hummus for snack and 1 glass of red wine; Thursday is the SA expat group dinner at 94th aero squadron, I should be able to do alright there... and Friday, Friday I actually have nothing planned - go figure!

Exercise this week will have to be squeezed in when I can get it - For sure Monday night and Tuesday morning, Wednesday and Thursday are going to be tough, I'll have to think of something. Friday I'll go to the gym after work and maybe Rob will take me mountain biking for the first time Saturday morning, that would be really exciting!!!
