Was 176 flat yesterday, but then had cheat dinner with one of my favorite people. Went to bar taco. They have taco (tapas size) and its so fun. I only had the tortilla on 2 of the 4 tacos. Had bib lettuce as the shell for the other 4. Had 1/2 serving of the Mexican street corn (which was really 1 serving) and a side of spicey marinated cucumbers. Lastly we had 3 cocktails. The restaurant actually lists the calorie count on all items on menu... how cool is that. I splurged last night. I could definitely see eating there for 950 calories (600 calories less). Denver Sat-Wed so that will be tough - traveling and staying at someone else' home. But I'll e doing my Xtend Barre work-outs and I'll stick as closely as I can do my regular diet.
