I haven’t been dieting. I’ve just been eating less, cutting my meals in half and cut out bread. I already don’t consume sweet drinks due to my diabetes. People are noticing changes in my face and body. My feet don’t hurt me as much as they used to when I weighed 238. I can golf for 6 hours and no foot pain. That is amazing for me.
