4 weeks officially down! Yeah. I lost 15.5 lbs for my first month. Not too bad.

I hope the next 4 weeks go just as well!

I haven't "cheated" or "splurged" once. But today.... well there's this cupcake place I've been dying to try and they're in the city. I don't go to the city that often, so no big deal. But today they're coming out to the burbs. I've been dying to have a cupcake for about 3 weeks. I'm going to see if they have any no sugar/no gluten cupcakes... but then again, I just might have a full blown one too! :) I saw them on a tv show and I can't wait to try one!

This week I'm starting 2 new challenges too. I'm excited about that as well. I've been walking lately and I need more consistency and I think these challenges will help.

Just measured myself. Down 7.5 inches for the first month. I measure a lot of areas, so it's a half inch here and a half inch there.

That's it for me today.

You are doing great! I hope you are making this a way of life and not just a short term fix to lose a few pounds and then gain them all back again. The cupcake is a bad idea. It can start you craving the wrong foods again and just make it easier to cheat again. You've gone 4 weeks without a cheat and look how far you've come! Don't set yourself back. It's just not worth it.

You are doing awesome, and I have to agree with luckylady. I find that if I give in to temptation it fires up my sweet and carb cravings something awful. That is why I haven't cheated since January 24th when I started! Your decision, but you have worked so hard, I hate to see you have to start over and struggle with those cravings again!
