Urgh... 😒
I have terrible headaches and just not enough energy to hit the gym. At least my weight has stayed the same. Going to Mozambique next week so I will only be able to get into gear again on the 9th. It's going to be a few tough days.
100 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 25 kg.    Sisa: 20 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
