Another week away but my weight's holding steady. The friend I'd been supporting in hospital lost his battle last Thursday and his wife has been staying with me since he died. Understandably it's been a tough week but we're returning to somewhere near normal and I hope to be back here regularly very soon.
57,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,3 kg.    Sisa: 0,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
