still stuck :(

stick in there :) don't get off your plan even though it's so discouraging. it could be due to a lot of different factors, everyone seems to be different. my body likes to settle into a new low weight. my body also won't lose weight on the days when i exercise - only the day after which is why i only exercise heavily every second day. if you continue with your exercise and eating plan but it doesn't work, everyone's body is different so this consistent plan may not work for you. maybe it would help to look up other diet patterns, like the zig zag diet plan? i've heard that has helped people with breaking plateaus. i've had plateaus too but the only way to break it for me was to not give up (which happened a couple of times unfortunately). :)
