ok, gee what a difference an hour can make! This morning I woke an hour earlier to feed the kitties and my weight was 168.2 or was it 168.4, I don't remember now, only was thinking to myself, "gee, I'm tired of the 'point' losses, day before 168.6, now 168.4. So I went back to sleep, kind of, then an hour later i wake to get ready for work and of course I have to weigh myself as I do every morning (I know that is not the best idea but it is difficult for me to break that habit), and now I am 167.6! Whew, at least I'm happy to see the next digit down showing up! This will help with my well power today. Since I finished my 3 day plan for this week I'm just watching today. I"m going to have BCP coffee for breakfast, chef salad for lunch, and not sure on dinner yet but it will be light. Still not sure if my kids are coming for the weekend so I'll wait for grocery shopping. Hope all is well in FS Land. Take care to ALL :-)
