Wow... what a rough weekend! I was at a family wedding, so my whole schedule, routine, everything was messed up. As was my willpower. Anywho, back at it again today! I had an awesome workout... for some reason it is always more satisfying if I get really sweaty, which I did. But I'm at the point where I can tell when I've gained as little as 2 pounds... my legs look entirely different, and much less toned! Seeing as they are my main motivation to lose weight, seeing them get bigger again has spurred me to work really hard in the coming weeks! I want to be at 104-105ish for the 4th of July, when I will be visiting my friends in Cape Cod, and surely sporting a bikini!

Hope all is well for you! And if anyone has any tips for me on my continual quest for tasty low-fat, high-protein foods, I would LOVE to hear them!
