So yesterday I did really good again with the logging in and counting my macros. My problem now is that I am not getting enough protein. I have to come up with some high protein meals that balance things out and think about less carbs and fats... its actually a lot more challenging than I thought... mostly its just learning. I am hitting my RDI of 1359 kcal so that's a good thing. I am gonna just keep trudging along. Today I saw progress in the mirror. Keeping in mind the graph can't just go down it has to be gradual... the steeper the better :) PS people are noticing my arms are more toned - which is the first thing to tighten up - my tummy being the last so here's to progress.
