Ok Day 1 was difficult - I ended up starting my fast a little early because I ran out of macros by lunch time! Which worked because I still made my goal. I need to do a little more research - already starting to realize some of the foods I am eating are taking up way to much of my day. Didn't quite make the right ratios but wasn't right out to lunch on it. Actually quite proud of myself for a first time try. Day 2 of the macro experiment under way...
