Another 2lbs in 5 days. Managed a 36 hour fast and the rest of the week were 22 hour fasts. Has to be the easiest way to lose weight. Started off doing 16 hour fast which is basically skipping breakfast and eating at midday, then pushed it to 3pm and finally when I got home. If you fear you will feel hungry then you have won the battle, as it is what you expected. Going to midday is easy, but it’s only a few more hours to push it to 3pm. Water is the best thing (other than food) to just hold it at bay
87,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,6 kg.    Sisa: 5,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Kehilangan 0,7 kg dalam 1 minggu
