Down to 203.4 today, which is good. I am about where I was 2 weeks ago, an I am OK with that.
Still feeling bad, stupid cold. Change in weather here, down to the frigid 90's and a massive drop in humidity. Giving my sinuses fits.
No bike riding either. Did not feel up to it.
Yesterday was not too good. My Dad had a heart attack and kept having them, so it is congenitive heart failure. He is in ICU now. He is strong, but 84. They caught it early, so let us hope for the best.
I am out of sorts.
