went for 2 walks yesterday 1 in the morning for 40mins up some steep inclines and an evening walk cause I felt guilty for having a cheeseburger and large fries for lunch! felt so great afterwards altho I struggled on the morning one to lift my feet towards the end of the walk cause it was so hot and because my tights are too big for me now they kept falling down so I had to keep pulling em up not ideal but the weight is coming off ☺️ so I decided to weight myself tonight and I am a very happy 🐝 and working my way towards 2 figures seems achievalble (it never has before)
