Saw 121 as my scale jumped back and forth trying to decide my weight. Was so excited but I’m still happy with this number. 120-125 is where I want to be right now. Found out the hard way last night that when the dr says a small amount of food and holds his fingers 1/2” apart he really means a small amount for a big strong man lol. After dinner I took my meds as I was still quite full. Half an hour later I felt so bad! Realized I’d taken the meds about 4 hours post dinner rather then the 1-2 I was thinking. Thankfully a 90 kcal fiber one bar settled or enough I could lay there until I could sleep.

Two pieces of toast works. Candy bars work. Fiber one bars work. One piece of toast or a rice crispy treat does not work. Lol. I was so hoping for the crispy treat because I love them so much. Having dry cereal now so we will see on that. Basically it seems that I need a decent snack, meds then snack to cover it. Or a meal, meds then snack. Looking more and more like I’ll have to take 200 kcal from one of my other meals.

Also waiting around to see how my body does with eating breakfast and a late snack every day. It’s been awhile since I’ve had both daily. Trying a plain water bottle to take the meds this morning. I dislike normal water so this may be fun lol. Bottoms up!
