Excellent! I finally got into the 140's....lowest weight in 5 years!!

Today's food is : Grapefruit, Steak, Cucumber, Grissini, Strawberry, Chicken, Celery, Grissini


Just for fun, I entered this in the diet calendar. On track with VLCD but just a little under. A little extra protein probably can't hurt.
67,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 5,7 kg.    Sisa: 4,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: 100%.

I added a protein shake each day to the VLCD, so maybe mine is just LCD without the V. I make it from 1 cup unsweetened Vanilla almond milk, 10 frozen strawberries, and a scoop of protein powder. I didn't feel that I was getting enough protein or food to be able to maintain that diet for the amount of time I need to for the amount of weight I have to lose. You are doing great!
