Well, I've been hanging around my computer less between working, gardening and a few other things. I've totally dropped off on the gym - so I suspect this is a case of me losing all that muscle tone. I have been relatively more active day to day (i.e. less sitting and typing on the computer - but I'm going to be spending more time there soon.) I'm trying to eat healthy food, but I haven't been counting too carefully. I think I'm going take a couple days next week to record and see where I'm at.
Anywho... Off to work for me.
