Well day 1 wasn’t too bad, although I did have pizza with hubby and kids, I have no self control...oh well I still lost weight since I didn’t indulge as much as I normally would.

On to day 2...
74,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 9,8 kg.    Sisa: 8,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

ive been eating chips and dip all week but i count every last calorie (or take the dog for an extra walk or something if accidentally go over my daily limit) ..maybe the weight will come off slower that way but i also dont have the urge to binge because ive been depriving myself of everything yummy all week :) ..and trying to eat completely different meals from the rest of the family all the time is so much wooork! lol, hang in there, a little pizza probably wont kill you.

Thanks for the support. I am hoping I stay in check a little more by tracking calories. It’s so easy to gain weight and so hard to lose it!

I tend to overestimate calorie counts and underestimate exercise times.. It makes me feel more confident that my results will be as i hope at the end of the week. I know in the long run i have to dial way back on the junk food, for my health's sake.. But i can only deal with one form of self-control at a time :)
