Another new start to this, that's the nice thing about life, you can always try again. I've decided to make a few small changes, things that are easy for me to control. Portion size is one the things I think I fail at the most. So I've purchased some items that are within the calorie intake i'm looking for, and the portion size is already done for me. I realize I have to work a little harder at this due to not having a thyroid anymore, but I'm trying to keep my focus on getting healthier as my first goal, and weighing less second. I'm going to try to schedule my eating better too. I have to take certain medicine's at certain times, so I have to work my food around that schedule.. So here is goes. Day one again!!
