Its a good thing I record everything I eat in the notebook I keep. Just could not get on site yesterday,not the fault of the site but the server.I had a hard time this am too.
Beautiful walk this morning,typical weather for Fl,typical sunrise.
I will be making another adjustment on my program. There are so many variables I have to consider.I take too many meds as far as I'm concern,have a extremely slow thyroid and I'm older so all of this does effect how I lose weight. These are not excuses just pure fact.
So with that said I will post food tomorrow,haven't decided which direction I will take. Its going to be an experiment again.
I want to take a good look on what I did the pass two weeks and go from there.Its my belief if I share it helps others.I will do that after I figure whats best for me.
