I've missed you guys....its been a tough 6 wks - with trips to Ohio to help with sick parents. Trying to arrange care, sibling drama, back to CA to get my son off to school last week. Eating out of control and no exercise... At last I have a day to catch my breath. Hubby took me for a long walk this morning with doggie. He is training for the LA Marathon with 2-a-days. I will watch from th (unless I can walk it!!) I feel so much better following walk today--need to continue and get eating back on track.
