So...

I’ve been kinda terrible at logging lately. But I have been sticking to keto, I have been trying to get the rest my body needs to heal, this time of the year is hard on me. Emotionally, mentally and physically. And my body has already been letting me know I’ve been pushing myself too hard for too long. This weekend I was so weak and exhausted, but my monthly cycle came 10 days early, which explains some of my symptoms I was having... and why the scale won’t be moving for a few days. Water weight and inflammation will do that.

I have really found that even if I am not logging my food daily, it’s so important for me to keep logging in to the FS app and scroll through see everyone’s inspiring journeys, the supportive comments and informative posts!!! I really do love this FS fam, happy holidays everyone!!

My BF brought home 2lbs of See’s Candy that a client gave him... I was naughty and opened it up... luckily it contained no Bordeaux truffles... so I closed it and walked away, without eating a single candy! That’s some extreme self control for me. The old skinny me, before PTSD and becoming less social and active would have devoured 1/2 the box and stayed skinny, the more recently depressed me would have eaten the whole box and gained 5lbs... but this new me said “nope” and walked away!!! YAY!
