Some "fasted cardio" as I am fasting intermittently now. Completed two 24 hour fasts which work out to a little more with sleep. I am learning to do better. I have been drinking my coffee black and my drinking has been limited. I did binge drink once - but I am finding myself much more in control of myself while fasting. Would be very exciting to start the year off with a low I haven't seen in a while. The backside of December can be a challenge.
