Well, as I stated on my last journal entry today I start Atkins, I'm very focused and determined to follow it to the letter.
I like that now I can eat cheese, olives, and plenty of other stuff I wasn't allowed.
I think this change will definitely work...but we'll see in 2 weeks.
91,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 9,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Tidak Berlaku.

2127 kkal Lemak: 130,48g | Prot: 197,41g | Karb: 40,95g.   Makan Pagi: avocado, turkey ham, broccoli. Makan Siang: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tomato, salad, gouda, steak. Makan Malam: tomato, onion, green beans, mayo, salmon. Camilan/Lainnya: cream cheese, black olive, pork rinds, manchego, stuffed olive, optimum nutrition. lagi...

Thanks Kelly...part of what motivated me to switch is knowing that a lot of my buddies here are on Atkins and can guide me through and answer any doubts I might have. It's very much appreciated.

I know you will do great JC and love Atkins there is such a variety of foods to choose from its to make it a way of life...good luck JC
