I'm finding 24 hour alternate day fasting kind of interesting. Find all right. Becoming more satisfied with the way things are rather than the way I think things should be. Not in a bad way. Not frustrated and using it as an excuse. Just saying I'm doing all right. Liking the new approach. For anyone interested in the possibility of fasting, look up Jason Fung on YouTube.
