Got Blood work back. The results were disappointingly nearly the same as last time across the board. A1C still at 6.0. Fasting Glucose at 101. Cholesterol is within acceptable ranges (always is) but ratios are still out of wack. Triglycerides were up slightly and not too far out of the acceptable range.
Last bloodwork done in May. Started Keto in later part of September. Maybe not long enough on Keto to significantly affect A1C.
Been measuring ketones and glucose almost daily (multiple times... I'm a data junkie). Morning glucose is always between 100-110.
Good thing is it's that I have lost at least 30 lbs since starting Keto. Didn't measure weight at first since I didn't want to actually see the number. Once clothes started to get looser, then I was able to face the reality of the number.
Will see how the conversation goes with my doctor on Monday.
Trying Apple Cider Vinegar to help with the glucose levels in the AM.
