Good morning friends.
Just took an epic bike ride. Its pretty wild cuz I was in bed at 0530 waking up, sore, not motivated, and not wanting to go. But after I rode my 1st hour, and was heading home, I took the turn to go long. I felt great. I have the day off, and a few days of work to rest, so its all good.
The weather is really great today, slight wind, mid 90's (which is cool to me) and low humidity. So I went for it. Just cooling off now. I actually did the last few miles without fluids. I could not find an open cold store, and the coffee shop at Arad had a long line. So, slight headache now. Drinking water and took a salt tablet.
Yesterday I cooked veggies and chicken as planned. Ate a little early as the kids were hungry after school. It was a nice day. Watched a lot of TV last night. I love that show "Here comes Honey Boo Boo". It is so awesome! Then watched some other new shows I like.
Now I am done sweating, so I am going to go eat breakfast and then shower.
