Oh geesh. Went and ate at "The Melting Pot", fondue type place, yesterday in Downtown OKC, OK. Wasn't really my cup of tea and it took forever and cost a small fortune and made me swell up like a balloon.
Luckily, I got to hang out with my family and the conversation was good!
I was so disappointed to be back in the 200's again, but I know it will come off again. Been drinking lots of water to flush that food out of me and get the water weight off.
