I I'm not in stick diet but am trying to eat less than 1200 not more than 1350. And am stick with logging food. I eat meusli or oats for breakfast and lunch I have cheese or chicken and sometimes if I eat oats for breakfast then I have muesli for lunch. And supper would me meat and vegetables and a treat.
But calorie wise I eat between 1059 and 1350

The only thing I can think of .... I had just about no water this week and also a lot less excerise this week.

I don't exercise at all. I do low carb high fat and intermittent fasting. Stick to under 30g net carbs a day. Has a lot of health benefits and you'll lose weight. FB have couple groups keto for weight loss and intermittent fasting and keto. Read about people's success stories and their before and after photos.

Mariaan is rite Keto is the best , and has such a lot of health benefits, and the food u can eat is Devine , I wish more South Africans will do it , I lost weight without exercise, this is a lifestyle I would not want to change I don't miss carbs nor sugar , the only thing I miss is my fruit , but after I reach my goal weight , I will have fruit occasionally

Your calorie intake is too low, your body basically goes into shutdown mode, try bring them up to about 1800 and get physical exercise in as well

Just watch out with keto. It's a great diet, but be sure about how your body handles low insulin before you start
