I see some people journaling that they are doing 5 or 2 days of fasting. Why do people fast, what is the benefit (besides just drinking water)? I feel as though I have been eating so cleanly without cheating (except for my “cheat day”...and even that day I don’t go overboard...I just try to get more carbs in) that there wouldn’t be a benefit, other than mentally to see my weight temporarily drop a bit more.

Also, can others see my meal logs? And graph trends? I can’t see anything of anyone’s other than their journal and weights if they made them public.

I think fasting are in now. The benefit is that the body burns fat when fast. I can see you logs. You should be able to see mine too. It is all public. To see the foodlog just lick on the calorie number than comes up. Sounds like you are doing well
