So the new scale came in today. it's a smart scale. more like a smart azz with its analysis... lol. so weight is more than thought but that is okay because going by looks and measurements a lot leaner than I thought for this weight. means more muscle and scale agreed.
so I changed goal weight to plus 5 and entered weight which was about 5 higher than thought. so on paper looks like I gained but I lost I am sure
