Really? Really? This number is fine but my scale may not make it through the day! 130.6, moved it a bit and 133.4, moved it again and 132... jumped on hubbys smart scale. Showed 129.6. It’s always 0.4-0.6 lower so I added 0.6 and logged that. So much for staying under 130 for the week haha. Then again. I have been having bigger meals, more junk and higher calories over all. I wouldn’t have expected a 1# jump over night.
Hmmm I’ll have to look back to when I was working out. With chemo/mom brain I just don’t remember which days went up and which went down. 3rd day was the lowest I think so if it’s because of my workout then Monday should be lower.
Either way the scale better hide and pray...
