Struggling and here... done a few weight check ins over the last few days. I am pretty sure this is accurate. Can't blame it on anything but actual weight gain. I have not had alcohol for 11 days, and today I say good bye to any drinks other than water and coffee/tea - which I will start drinking black. 2 gym classes a week for now. Next week I start oxygen fitness which is different than my orange theory. Need to stay the path, hoping by next week there will be a drop. Start looking at my diet at that point, although I am already cutting all sweets now.
