I think I have the post-ramadan weight loss blues, if there ever was such a thing. Up .2 again today.
Yesterday we also went out to eat. Chicken, Veggies, and Fries. It was not totally bad. Hummus and pita for appy. I would rather have not gone, but with the Big E in town, the lines for our normal grub are huge, and there is nowhere to sit.
I was in an anxious/stressed/angry mood last night. I basically got on my computer at home, and messed with schoolwork for a long time.
I am not sure what was wrong, I should have rode my bike, but my legs were still sore, and I was nursing a dehydration/heat headache. It does bad things to you when you ride in the heat like I do. It generally does not effect me except my long 2+ hour rides.
Anyway, today I will do something better! Tomorrow is my long ride. I am looking forward to it.
