Morning blood sugar = 122 HooRaaay My best # yet over the last two weeks. Dropped a pound this week also and I haven't really even been trying. Just making small changes in a very concious way. I'm shooting for a long term lifestyle change here so a slow start is going to be best, I think. Avoid burn out. :)
