Very encouraged... and a little nervous... but I must focus on continuously doing the right thing...had super early and did not nibble too much...eating healthy can fun. Did some step climbing in the gym yesterday, realized I still need to take it easy with the cardio , so I did some more weights instead...
83,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,5 kg.    Sisa: 18,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
