Has any body purchased the new southbeach diet supercharged book? If so does it have a lot more information than the cookbooks or the first southbeach diet book?

I bought it - its fabulous and lots of tips on exercise and definite changes to what they recommended. I was all charged up especially since we finished our last round the world challenge. but guess what.......despite all the good will i managed to put on 7lbs since last week - fed up
