Maybe you should try to bring yourself down into the 120s and use 130 as a ceiling. For me using 160 as a ceiling has worked really well. I did a great workout yesterday and am starting to appreciate the sports club a bit more. Have a good weekend mirej!

I'll manage this for now... if I set my goals too low I might lose it... thanks for the advice, but I think certain things work better for some people and not so well for others. Went to gym today tho, I'm happy about that!
