no movement on the scale for the last 2 weeks - Hoping the scale moves next week - however do not want to lose too fast - I want my body to get use to my new body. Put on a pair of jeans that I wore 6 months ago - very loose fitting - without a belt it drops to the floor. These jeans were getting tight at that time. So it nice to see some progress and hopefully by Christmas i will be over half way to my goal. This week i am going to concentrate on getting more active and increase to at least 30min/day - that is in addition to my regular 2x a week outing at the golf course. I am off again and on again dieting (meaning i sometimes increase my carb intake to over 30g/day - however i do stay within the allotted vegetable types - no real cheating execpt for that crab apple from my front tree :D had to see if they were ripe lol) Over all everything going great and when i do not get enough fat in the day i really feel it in hunger pangs or cravings in the evening. I am trying to watch how much i eat and try to control the amount I eat and make healthier choices.
