Hey, have you tried intermittent fasting or OMAD instead of just full fasting? It has worked reasonably well for me, and I still get to eat (which helps a lot when your day is packed with activities, including gym).

OMAD doesn't really work for me, but IF is really good. However, what I'm doing has nothing to do with that. I'm abstaining of havung solid food to give a break to my digestive system and trying not to spike any insulin. It doesn't work like this if you eat anything.

It is scary for people to imagine going days without solid food... until you try it :) Then you realize it is no big deal. Good job!
