I keep yo-yoing back and forth loosing a pound and gaining a pound, just can't seem to stop the snacking after lunch(darn candy!) and dinner! I have fruit I can be eating but crackers and popcorn sound so much better! Have to stay focused, don't want to have to start all the way over. Looks like the smoke is slowly making it's way back in the area, so I will keep walking on the treadmill to get my exercise. Happy Thursday everyone, have a great day!
