up 1.3. Grrr....well, moving weekend turned out to be amazing from a living situation, but disastrous for my diet. Things I did wrong: 1) didn't get all 5 MRs in, 2) didn't get enough water and 3) dinned out for three meals that were too rich. This week will be better. I'm doing a detox through my local Medifast center and hopefully will be down 10lbs in two weeks. We shall see!
