Still good. Didn't do my fast on Sunday. I will this week. Calories still in check, though I'm not really'dieting'. Liked the routine of the fastI will keep it. Fire situation is still quite bad to the south of us, but I can't see smoke inside the building today. Bees are holding up, and I did some building for then yesterday.
