End of Week 14 and weighed 300.2 and 298 a day later. It was something I expected from eating alittle off and I have been lifting weights and doing weight training. I will continue to do well and look forward to recording a loss next week.
135,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 18,6 kg.    Sisa: 44,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Don't pay too much attention to the scale while you are weight training It is not accurate when your body composition is changing. You are loosing fat and gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. Time to get the tape measure out to gage your progress. Also try to stay on plan with your diet then you will be assured you are moving in the right direction.
