Thou shalt not escape the wrath of over-eating whilst camping. I did pretty good exercising via swimming (lots of front flips going on now that I know I can do them) and hiking - I actually got up around 5:00 am Saturday morning and hiked up to the viewpoint to watch the sunrise. I got chills. It was just incredible. The sun peeked up over the hill and spread it's golden rays over the rolling blooms of the mustard plants. It spread a blanket of gold that made the world seem to shine. So exercise I did, but all the darn tortillas, beer, and bread caught up with me. I think a pound or two of it is hormonal water weight too.
It's ok. I fasted for a good part of the day yesterday and I will be good tonight and tomorrow. Then I leave for Vegas with the ladies...and well, I will try to be good because the calories consumed certainly do not stay in Vegas.
