I’ll take it! Was expecting a bit of a rise as I had a hard workout yesterday and normally that meals a slight increase. But I also forgot my water yesterday so it was quick runs to the water fountain between activities and no way to measure how much I actually drank.
61,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 11,3 kg.    Sisa: 4,8 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
