Weighed the same today. 212.2
Yesterday I did OK. But I did have steak and taters for Dinner, much heavier than usual. And a candy bar! And my wife brought me graham crackers and chocolate, so I ate it too.
Did not bike ride yesterday, just felt sore and tired. I did workout at the gym and did a few sets of curls, pulldowns, and tricep extensions. Then took a dip in the pool. Oh, and squats while holding dumb bells. I am a bit sore today in the upper body area.
I also studied some college Clep and Dsst exams. I found two I think I can pass with minimal or no study, that is 6 upper level credits for a 1 hour test. Seems I know pretty much all there is to know about drug and alcohol abuse for some reason, and managing information systems. Who'd a thunk it!
This AM went for a bike ride, and did 17.4 miles I think in 1.40. I did some intervals, and rode easy, and rode hard. It was a good ride.
Anyway, I am bored of journaling.
